What is Stasher? Do you have lockers? How do I pay?
Do you need somewhere to store your luggage? You’re in the right place! We work with a network of over 1000 shops and hotels in locations who have secure extra space all over the world: from London to New York to Sydney!
Customers place bookings through our website or app to store in one of our convenient StashPoints. Once you've booked, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a booking ID, and all the details on the StashPoint, including the address and a reminder of their opening hours.
All you need to do is show your host your booking ID when you arrive to drop off your bags (the email on your phone works!) and remember to bring photo ID.
Each and every StashPoint is secure and vetted by the Stasher team. Luggage is stored in a locked space (just like you'd store a bag at a hotel), plus each bag is insured up to £1000 (or equivalent in other currencies).
Please note, only bookings made through Stasher are valid. You cannot pay in cash when you arrive (though you can make a booking on your phone on the spot!).
Remember - never Stash valuables or travel documents. Keep your phone and passport with you!
