What to do if someone else is picking your bags up or dropping off to the name on the booking.
To change the name of a booking, or if a different person is picking up to the person dropping off, let us know ahead of time!
Drop us a message on online chat or email us at info@stasher.com with the name change and booking ID. We'll update the host!
Remember, the new person must also present the booking confirmation number and ID.
