Customers coming to your store with bookings that you weren't aware of?
First thing is to double check the customer's booking information, ask to see their confirmation email and their booking ID. This is to check that they have actually made a booking with Stasher.
If the customer has a confirmation email and booking ID, the next thing to do is check your spam folder. Sometimes Stasher emails can be filtered out accidentally.
