What to do if you made a mistake and need to change the date or place of your booking.
No worries, we all make mistakes!
If you placed a booking at the wrong location, or on the wrong date, please place a new booking with the correct details. Let us know your old and new booking ID via online chat or email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll refund the incorrect one no problem.
If you need to change the name on a booking, please email us ahead of time and we’ll update the host! Remember, the new person must also present the booking confirmation number and ID.
Times are flexible! As long as your drop off / collect within the opening hours of the StashPoint there's no need to edit your booking times.
