Given the current state of uncertainty around travel plans during covid-19, any unused booking can be refunded


If your drop off time hasn't yet begun, please do so under 'my bookings' in your Stasher account. If the drop off time has elapsed, drop us an email and we'll process your refund!


Please allow 1-3 days for the sum to return to your account. Please note, Stasher does not store payment details.
