Important information for bookings due to covid-19
Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and subsequent government restrictions, many of our StashPoints have had to close. We are trying to keep our website as up to date as possible, but please note that if you cannot use a booking due to changes in your travel plans or a StashPoint being closed, we will refund your booking entirely.
Receiving a refund:
- If you would like to receive a refund and the drop off time has not yet passed, please do so in your account under 'my bookings'.
- If the drop off time has passed, please drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking ID. We'll get you refunded no problem!
